How to build the firmware file
Greetings everyone! Noob here getting my feet wet with Crazyflie. I've followed along with the wiki WRT setup and configuration however, the wiki points to the old Bitbucket repo for both the client and the firmware. I grabbed both the newer github client and firmware but having a little trouble compiling the firmware. I'm assuming that the firmware version listed on the wiki is a tad outdated (https://bitbucket.org/bitcraze/crazyfli ... 4.01.0.bin) compared to the one on github (https://github.com/bitcraze/crazyflie-firmware). Is there a compiled newer version somewhere that I am missing? Or, do I need to roll my own to get an updated version. If so, do not know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

You can always try out the virtual machine. It will get you up and running quickly.
The firmware in the link you posted is actually the latest. We still don't have a good way to upload the binaries as Github doesn't support it.
