Serial FPV

Anyone tried using something like this for FPV: http://www.4dsystems.com.au/productpage ... _R_1_2.pdf?

I've seen the few FPV tests go by here and everybody seems to be using a separate radio for FPV. Seems the bandwidth should be enough for usable quality right? I wish I could find a lighter/smaller serial camera but its not bad compared to some of the other things people have done?
