Problem crazyflie gas from the maximum takeoff!

When I push the stick the gas engine running at 80%.
It's either 0% or 80%, there is no intermediate position.
The gases are not progressive. The crazyflie decolle like a rocket.

Help me please ...

What type of control are you using? You have maybe forgotten to push the "analog" button on the controller (i think u have ps3 or a copy).
When you press analog button, a LED on your controller should go on (normally red).
