As soon as the battery is plugged in motor one goes full throttle for a second and then stops. Meanwhile motor 2 is ALWAYS running at idle.
When I was first soldering it together everything was perfect except for motor 2. It was completely dead. So I switched it out and now I am having the aforementioned trouble. The board is now in rough shape from all of the soldering and desoldering. I don't see any shorts at all so I am at a complete loss. I suppose there is a chance that I have ruined it at this point but does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Motor problems
It is pretty hard to ruin the board so most often it is fixable. Can you post some good photos of the soldering, back and front so maybe we can spot something.
