[Solved] Crazyflie 1.0 Motor Mount Compatibility

Hi,

Will the crazyflie 1.0 motor mounts listed here (https://store.bitcraze.io/products/craz ... otor-mount) fit the crazyflie 2.1 board? Also, are these meant for 6mm diameter motors?

Hi!

Unfortunately CF1 motor mounts do not fit on a CF2.1.
They are designed for 6mm motors though.

I see. Do you have any suggestions for fitting the crazyflie 2.1 with 6mm motors?

I would try to use a CF2 motor mount (7 mm) and put some tape (or similar) around the 6 mm motor to make it a bit bigger.

edit: I tried it and the tape + 7mm motor mounts works perfectly!
