SYS: I am 0x8711205354568549671FF50 and I have 128KB of flash!
IMU: MPU6050 I2C connection [OK].
IMU: HMC5883L I2C connection [FAIL].
IMU: MS5611 I2C connection [FAIL].
MPU6050: Self test [OK].
Can anyone tell me what/why those two tests are failing?

Do you have the 6-DOF version of the Crazyflie? If so, that would explain it.

I have realizes that this printout might be a bit misleading. We should probably change it to [UNAVAILABLE] instead of [FAIL].
