Just wondering what the optimal way to get this working is - so far I've been using usb as a cable connection which is great, but making use of the bluetooth would be handy.
This guide points to QTSixA which I havn't been able to apt-get (I need to add their repo I think).

QTSixA uses sixad though, which seems like it'd be a better piece of software to use.

Has anyone else gone through it and able to share their tricks?
[SOLVED] PS3 Bluetooth in Ubuntu
Re: PS3 Bluetooth in Ubuntu
I have to check at home what exactly i use. But if i remember right i installed QtSixA but only have to start sixad via Terminal.
sixad --start --> sudo passwort --> press PS Button
when it rumbles the connection worked. If you want to connect the controller with sixad for the first time you have to do the steps from the Quick start guide https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Sixaxis
