Hi team

my desktop is a retina imac with linux vm. I experienced unreliable connection with crazyradio / crazyflie 2.0.
I do not know if it is related to apple magic mouse / wireless keyboard or bad usb performance within virtualbox ?
Do you have any suggestions ?

QoS is is okay with a smartphone or linux laptop.

BTW does anybody know how to use OSX / imac integrated bluetooth ble device ?
(I know I can use crazy radio)

thanks
raph

Hi! It likely doesn't have anything to do with your mouse or keyboard. Is the Crazyradio dongle plugged directly into a USB port on the back of the iMac? If your iMac is pushed up against the wall, you might get some issues since the signal is kinda subdued back there. Does it matter which USB port it's plugged into? Have you tried to plug it into a USB hub and angle the antenna? 2.4GHz band devices are fairly ubiquitous and your area could be heavily saturated with radio traffic. You could try to use your Mac to scan for clearer channels and set your Crazyflie and Crazyradio to use one of those. But if, as you say, the Crazyradio is fine on a Linux laptop it's likely not signal saturation.

As far as using BLE native on Mac, a community member (phil) was working on this. Check out the thread here.

BTW, I moved this thread to Crazyradio->Support which is a more applicable forum.
