Hello,
i'm looking for an extra charger for the lipos that come with the crazyflie. I ordered one crazyflie and multiple orignal batteries so I don't have to wait for them to recharge.
However I'm more of a programmer and have no clue about the mechanics/elektronics.
Could someone help me out and tell me if this charger would work?
Product: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10161
Datasheet: https://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Pro ... 73831T.pdf
I know that I have to solder a different plug to the charger then the one who is coming with it.
Or is there any better/more suitable device out there?
Thanks a lot for your help =)

Hi sirsimon.
I can see no reason y that charger wouldn't work.
However i believe this would work just as well with little to no modification (i dont know the plug types?) and its cheep.

Great idea having more than one battery. More fly time means more fun.

Re: Battery Charger for Lipos
Yes, that charger from Sparkfun will work. You'll need to put on your own connector. Might I suggest building your own? This charger cost me less than $4. It uses the Maxim's version, but I have used the MCP73831T (cheaper) successfully too. It's a very similar same chip.

Nice little charger Vew.
The battery connector used is the JST ZHR-2P and the mating part JST B2B-ZR http://www.jst-mfg.com/product/pdf/eng/eZH.pdf.
