There has been multiple system identification of the Crazyflie done in research, you can find the papers in the research portal of the bitcraze website: https://www.bitcraze.io/research/#publi ... azyflie-20. One report is exclusively about system identification and others contain a chapter about it. As far as I understand, this should give you enough information to design a transfer function for the Crazyflie.
