Propagation delay from cfclient to the quadcopter

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know how I could find the propagation delay from the receiver to the actuators? I've been looking through some of the firmware and hardware documentation for a week or so and haven't been able to get very far. Can I access the onboard clock and measure the time difference between receiving a command and output to the motors? Any pointers or resources would be helpful!
