[SOLVED] what's the differences between these make options
do i need to program the bootloader into the stm32, or just program the cfile.bin is ok ?

To flash using the radio bootloader the bootloader must have been flashed before (which the Crazyflies are delivered with). When the Crazyflie is flashed with JTAG it will overwrite the bootloader. If you want to debug using the JTAG that is the only way though.

1 soldered the hardware
2 flash the bootloader to the stm32F103CB by jtag interface
3 use the crazyradio connect to the bootloader of the crazyflie, and program the cfile.bin
