[SOLVED] unstable connection to desktop GUI

Post by mistermzx »

Hey,

I just ordered a second Crazyflie 2.0 for our research lab at the Technical University Berlin.

After assembling it, I have tried to connect it to the desktop GUI using the Crazyradio Dongle. It seems like the connection is unstable. Sometimes my Crazyflie does not show up after scanning, sometime it fails to connect and sometime it loses connection when moved around. Flashing using radio works out perfectly though.

Has someone encountered a similar problem? I am afraid my Crazyflie might came with a hardware defect (although the self test before assembling worked out fine).

Thank you!

Martin

Did you try switching to another radio channel? Flashing uses a different channel if I remember correctly. If you have trouble connecting to change the settings, try connecting using a uUSB cable.

Thank you for the reply!

I have changed the radio to 2 Mbits/s and it works now!
