What is the possible damage?
leds do not behave like anything described.
On start up all the motors do the initial spin, then all of the leds are up.
Sometimes the red one blinks 4 times...

Are you able to connect? If yes what does the debug output say?
Water often creates shorts, even if its dry again due to salt cristals and stuff. I would maybe try to clean it with distilled water and then reflash the firmware.

So this will be mostly repeating what he said. Most, if not all, electronics is pretty well protected so when exposed to water shorts are the biggest danger. Make sure to clean it afterwards with alcohol to remove any residue that still could create a short. If the board still isn't working correctly after that it is hard to tell what is damaged. Can you connect to it with the radio?
