Software doesn't recognize height-hold assisted mode

I'm using the virtual machine that was recommended by the 'getting started' webpage, i've reinstalled it on my system once, etc. I have multiple Crazyflie 2.0s and only one Z-ranger deck. When I attempted to put it on another of my crazyflies, the software did not recognize the hand-held assist mode, rendering it unusable. Is there any way to fix this?
