self test failure

Post by miki rosing »

I bought a Crazyflie 2.0 and when I connected it via USB the red light blinked, which seems to occur when the self test fails, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It depends on how the M1 red LED is blinking... If M1 is a steady pulse like this like this, you're fine.

But, if M1 led looks like this, you have a power-on self test (POST) failure. In that case it will take a little more diagnosis to know what to do. If you plug in the USB to a computer with the client installed, turn it on, connect to it in the client, and then look at the console output, what does it say?

If you don't have the client app installed, you can find out what to do here.
