Question about the MOSFET replacement

Hi everyone,
I accidently short the motor when I use the multimeter to measure the running voltage of one motor. And what's funny is I saw a little smoke when the shot happened. Now once the battery is connected to the board, the motor starts running with/without turning on the switch button. I tried to bootload a new firmware but nothing changes. I was wondering if this means that the MOSFET of the motor is broken and needs to be replaced? If not, is there any other way to get everything back to normal? And I am talking about Crazyflie 1.0. Thank you.
