While changing a motor I notice I had lost one of the diodes. It was missing. That motor stops more quickly but otherwise it appears to work ok. Not sure if I am wasting power or if the gate is being spiked with high voltage without the diode.
I found these on ebay will they do the job? Not 100% sure which bit of the code is which. I went for SOD-323 and BAT54 and this is what popped up.
5 X DIODE, SCHOTTKY, 40V, 300MA, SOD-323 Part # STMICROELECTRONICS BAT54JFILM.

Re: Replacement diode (Crazyflie)
It works without the diode but there might be a risk of damaging the MOSFET and generating more noise which could interfere with the radio.
That is the correct diode you are pointing at.

Re: Replacement diode (Crazyflie)
Thanks it worked fine. The two digit ident code was the same too. I didn't loose any so I have four spare.
