Wrong Roll / Pitch settings

Post by KOschi »

Hi together,

i finally received my crazyflie this week and build it successfully. But there is a problem with the Controlls.

Im using an original PS3 Pad with the Bitcraze Linux VM on a Windows 7 Laptop.

The Controlls are fine but the crazyfly is turning to the M2 / M4 Motors (so Left/Right ;-) ) when Moving the Pitch axis on the Controller, also the Roll Axis moves the crazyflie to the M1 / M3 Motors.

When i switch on the "Client X-mode" (which i prefer) its moving over the M1 / M3 motors with the Pitch axis controller but the Roll Axis is inverted. So turning the Roll Axis to the Left the crazyflie moves right and vice versa.

Can somebody tell me what is wrong? I think i got the soldering correct. I can post pictures of the soldering when needed.

Some gamepads number their axes different than others. You will need to change your input settings in Input device/Configure device mapping. Note that you'll need to detect an axis or button for all controls before the Save button will work.
