Charching: Green Led does not lid solid

Post by falstaff »

Hi,

Today I received my Crazyflie. After the first charge was empty, I connected Crazyflie using USB and watched the green led. It blinked, with a very low on duty cycle, even after 20 minutes. The PC client showed that Crazyflie was charching (altough it stopped getting higher than 3.999V). Im using the latest firmware:
SYS: Build 31:ba1d111112ad (2013.4) CLEAN
Anyone has the same behaviour?

I think when you have the Crazyflie connected to the Crazyradio it draws enough power to keep the green LED flashing.

Hi falstaff,

This might be a bug in the firmware. If you are connected at the same time as the Crazyflie is charging then the green LED pattern seems to be wrong. If you try disconnecting from the Crazyflie then the green LED should be fully lit (if the battery is fully charged).

The reason for the indicator not showing above 4000 mV is that it's the maximum indication in the cfclient.
