Thanks! The document really helps to see clearly what you are doing.

It seems that you are doing exactly what you are supposed to. And if it is not working for both your Then you might need to look at your programmer. It might be a disconnection in your jtag flat cable that is directly connected to your aideck or the fact that your jtag adapter of the olimex debugger is not set on correctly (a pin to the left or right, happened to me before).

Is this your only programmer that you have to your disposal?

Thanks!
Yes, this is the only Olimex debugger that I have for now.

I guess maybe the connection should be right?
I found that the LED of ai-deck will go off once I connected the NINA or GAP8 pin.
Maybe this is the phenomenon that the connection is right?

And I tried the different orientation of the end connected to the ai-deck of the 20-10 pin adapter, one orientation will go off the LED light, but the other won't.

There is only one way to connect the connector to the 10 pin: https://github.com/bitcraze/AIdeck_exam ... ramming.md. The flat cable should be orientated downwards for both the gap8 and the esp.

Also look at the olimex to adapter (20 to 20 pin). It was easy to also mount that wrong as well I noticed. Make sure that it is not shifted and that the thinker part corresponds with the gap on the programmer.
