Using official Crazyflie picture for a term paper

Post by volmen3 »

Hello,

I am writing a term paper (for my university) within the framework of which I've developed a new position controller for the Crazyflie. For my final report I need to use several pictures of the Crazyflie. So, instead of making low quality pictures by myself, I would like to use the picture of the Crazyflie from the website:
https://www.bitcraze.io/products/crazyflie-2-1/

One picture will be used as it is, and the second one will be modified with some coordinate frames...

Of course I will cite this pictures and will give the reference, but officially to do that I also need your permission. :) Is it ok if I will use this picture for my report?

Best regards!

Hi!

Thanks for asking! And yes ofcourse, our images are available under the CC-BY license, which means you can reuse them and change them, as long as they are referenced to us and indicated that source material have been changed.

You can find some high res pictures of the 2.1 here: https://mega.nz/folder/Lc5XASSb#BZ4Ail- ... r/XIRX3azB
