I found that the RC oscillator used by the master control of LPS did not use external crystal oscillator. Would the effect be better if the external crystal oscillator was added?The external crystal oscillator I/O seems to be occupied by the barometer and LED lights!

I assume you are referring to the LPS node. Do you have any use case where an accurate oscillator would be required for the microcontroller?

For ranging, the DWM1000 module has a crystal oscillator. For USB the microcontroller is capable of calibrating its RC oscillator on the USB communication to achieve accuracy within the USB specification.
