Combining Flow deck and Qi charging deck

Hi all,
Is it possible to combine the flow deck and the Qi charging deck?
One idea I had is to stack the charging deck at the bottom of the flow deck, and drill some holes at the charging deck for flow deck sensors.
Or maybe attach the Qi charing deck to the side and wire it to the usb port?
