What is the VM 4.0 root Password?

Post by keterzhang »

I need to share some fold to my host machine, but I need install VM-tools first. This requested me a root authority. Could you tell me what is the VM 4.0 root password?
And I can not open VM 5.0 on my VM Player (for WIN64). It always stop boot after Xubuntu logo showed. I try several method, but gave up now. If you know how to solve this problem, please kind tell me.
Thanks a lot!

Hi,

The username is "bitcraze" and the password is "crazyflie". There's more information about the VM here.

I posted this for VMWare Fusion (Mac)... Maybe the solution is similar for VM Player? Basically it is a matter of selecting the right hardware version (for VMWare it was '7').
