Bug affecting LPS range fixed

We just discovered a bug that was affecting greatly the range and reliability of the UWB radio link. Basically the firmware set the DWM ratio to the wong channel which surprisingly kind of worked! but not reliably.

We suggest you pull the latest master commit if you are working with the LPS.
