The land of Messi and tango

Post by galimba »

Greetings, earthlings!
I'm from Argentina, a 28 y/o computer science student with some experience in bioinformatics, HPC algorithms and low-lvl assembly code (mostly ia32/amd64). I'm not much of an engineer, so I expect this project to be challenging and fun!
My CF (I've got the 10-DOF model! I named it Goliath) has just arrived a few minutes ago, and I'm eager to start testing the features! But first I've gotta swing by the hardware store to get some supplies.
Hope your projects are running smooth.

Hi galimba,

Nice to see another bioinformatician having a CF :) I'm working as a bioinformatician lecturer / researcher from the Netherlands and can't wait to get the CF (ordered a week ago). We do a lot with Python so I'll be looking into interfacing with the CF using that (in combination with my Raspberry Pi)
