Possible Battery Mod?

Post by mgooch »

I was curios if this could replace the existing battery on the Crazyflie?

Seems like it could work but wanted to confirm with some of the architects.

While they're certainly a cool technical development, I don't think they're practical for the Flie unfortunately. They'll deliver the right voltage, but that site lists their capacity as 0.7 mAh while the stock battery is 170 mAh - you'd need well over 200 to give you the same capacity.

For other purposes though, these look pretty great. They'd be ideal as a backup battery for low-power micro controller projects.
