Wireless power transfer.

I notice that a lot of people are planning on doing some things to their copter that increases weight (camera, battery size, motors, cranes, sensors.) not noticing anyone concentrating on decreeasing weight.

I mean to discuss the use of wireless power transmission. it could be possible depending on a few things. A onboard battery would still be required but it could be smaller, the circuitry is almost minuscule in weight as well with as much as 2 chips and perhaps 1 decent sized capacitor it could be made 95% effeciant. has anyone thought of this or doing this with their crazyflie???

Yeah, for the most part, what I plan on doing is actually running the additional peripherals (camera/sensors/gps) off the rf-dc board, and also be able to charge it wirelessly (not by proximity like induction charging). The issue is that the crazyflie itself could be run by it, but the motors draw too much current from the battery. If there was a way to drive the motors only with the battery, and power everything else with the rf- dc it would be great!
