Just got my CrazyFlie in the mail and tweeked the controls a little for my PS3 controller, flies great! Love the hover mode. Takes some getting use to but it is definitely a cool little quad-copter.

Hi All,

Arrived in a day, now have a friend with better eyes than mine hooking up the motors on the board. Lovely little quad. Can't wait to get started.

Any hints for getting started with simple waypoint following code.

Well waypoint following code is a bit in the horizon but it's getting there. Oliver did some awesome work on this.

GPS is another alternative but we have not had that much time developing it yet.

i got mine a week ago had it for 2 days and it fried. the metel on the bat was tuching some componets on the pcb. it will not fly now :'-( 3 motors work and the giro test fails on start up.
