Hello all,
I installed the motors on my crazyflie today but in error I set all to the same polarity instead of alternating as in the instruction. My question is: is it possible to account for this reverse polarity on two motors or will I need to desolder the wires?? I was hoping the former so thanks in advance!
motor polarity

Re: motor polarity
This is not "what gives the multi-rotor its inherent stability", it's what prevents it from spinning (yawing) all the time.
And it's not the answer to the guy's question, which was - can the polarity be reversed in software.
The answer to that is - no. Because the motor drivers (which are pretty much just 4 MOSFETs) only supply the current to the motors one way.

Re: motor polarity
Thanks that makes sense I should have known that due to the fact that 2 props have to turn the opposite direction.
Just re-soldered the 2 motor wires and everything is working fine, flying with a logitech game controller.
