Is there anything in the works to make it possible to use your iPhone and an accompanying app to control the Crazyflie?
iPhone as controller?
Re: iPhone as controller?
There is no implementation for a iPhone yet but you can develop one.
You can look in the internet if there is a version from DroidMote for iPhone (simulates joystick on phone).

Re: iPhone as controller?
Maybe if you could get it to act as a joystick for the computer like Surrender suggested but otherwise I don't think it's possible. But maybe someone with iOS development experience can weigh in? There's a lot of different things that would have to work like USB OTG or HOST with an API and also the ability to use custom devices (not just standard USB mass storage devices and HID devices).
Re: iPhone as controller?
I've searched for a iPhone version of DroidMote but it seems to be that they are not developing one for Apple products. But maybe you find another software which acts as as simulated joystick on your phone and is connected to your computer wirelessly.
