When I press power button for 3 seconds to get into bootloader mode, both blue LEDs do NOT blink. Only the right LED blinks.

I can confirm the device is not going into bootloader because connection fails when I select "Initiate bootloader cold boot".

Any ideas how to get into bootloader mode to update firmware?
