Drone Light Show / Developer for Hire

Hi,
I am looking to build a drone light show with the crazyflie, I've read the recent blog post about bitcraze building their own and i'm extremely interested in hiring a developer to help me with this build that can be applied to a swarm bundle.
Are there any developers interested in helping with this project for a fair payment of their time, not sure what the rate is to hire a developer that has knowledge with the bitcraze system but I am open to any offers, please message if your interested and we can discuss the project more!
