Hello, I have a project about thrust vectoring quad.
I aim at managing 16 smart servos (Dynamixels probably) to tilt motors, wing angle for forward flight, and flight control surfaces. There is a dedicated controller at robotis (opencm 9.04) which connects through UART with the flight controller, and with TTL to servos.
Can the I²C pins be used for UART purpose?

Big quad deck & UART
Re: Big quad deck & UART
Hi Maxime,
Sounds like an interesting project! No, but on the Big quad deck there's a GPS connector that is connected to a UART on the Crazyflie 2.0. Would it be possible to use that instead? The connector is not mounted on the board, but it's a standard connector and it's easy to solder it.
