Motor are on the way and they are CL0720-14 motor expecting around 26 gram max thrust from each motor with a Hubsan X4 propeller and a auw of around 30 gram it should be a pretty speedy indoor quad.

Update time, I was not happy with the rubber band mount and after some failure and several prototype my adapter plate finally came out good. This plate will perfectly mount the crazyflie to the rakon nano qx frame.
This is the end result
I will probably get it cut in a little less thick material but for a prototype it's not bad.
This is how it started
Then it was modified to this
Then to this
This followed
And other followed until I got the one in the first photo.
This was my diy jig to test hole fitment to the crazyflie
And this is the hole jig for the frame just some paperclips
Programs used in the design process are rhino and solidworks

Motors arrived today and they are taller then I thought. Here is the original crazyflie motor next to them.
And here they are mounted
I am not to happy about the prop colors but those where the only colors my hobby shop had. I still haven't decided on which battery to buy still looking

I have a question for you guys. Do any of you know the hole spacing for those holes and if Micro JST 1.25 2-Pin Connector can fit into them?

Yes they do if they are put in special way. There is a
thread about it with some photos.

After flying the quadcopter with the adapter plate, I didn't like the feel of it, so I redesign a frame that incorporates the crazyflie board into it.
Here is the crazyflie getting fitted on the frame
