Hi!, Firstly sorry for my english.
i bootloaded the radio in BitcrazeVM and now no USB find it, the anfitrion too.
The red led is always lighting.
I tried to rebootload but say that "No CrazyRadio Dongle find"
HELP ME!

You might have bricked it during the firmware update. Did you see "Verification Succeeded" at the end of the flashing process? If not, it could be bricked and you will need to reprogram it via SPI.
