Re: WORD OF WARNING: OUTSIDE FLYING
I still can't believe it - but a colleague told me she saw my crazyflie pinned to the noticeboard in her apartment building with a note!! 2 and a half weeks since I lost it, I have it back in my hands again! And it doesnt have a scratch on it! I disconnected the transmitter when it was well over 100...

Re: Start developing! Visual studio and c#
Hi Joel, Firstly... you won't be able to write firmware for the CF using dot-net, but you can write PC software which communicates with it over CrazyRadio. I had a quick look at this a couple of weeks ago before I lost my CF2. I used CrazyFlieDotNet https://github.com/ckarcz/CrazyflieDotNet I manage...

Re: CrazyFlie RPi Image wont boot on model b+
Forgot about this thread! Yes, my Crazyflie flew away a couple of days after posting that. Damn shame really. Not moot however! I have ordered 2 more just before xmas, they have supposedly shipped, I'm just waiting for the tracking number to be activated on SingPost. Yes, you read that right - I ord...

Re: WORD OF WARNING: OUTSIDE FLYING
I've been looking at the GPS solutions - and at around 10g and 25-55mA - its not really viable - You'd ruin your agility - and it would consume around as much power as the quad when active, so would probably just run out of power and fall out of the sky. I was thinking about a completely passive opt...

Re: WORD OF WARNING: OUTSIDE FLYING
But the killswitch couldn't work if the laptop software is stuck in a loop, or the controller has become disconnected somehow... or am I misunderstanding how the Killswitch works?

WORD OF WARNING: OUTSIDE FLYING
Ok - I've had my Crazyflie 2.0 for 3 days, and sadly, it is gone. He was such a wonderful flyer. This post is in hopes of saving someone else the pain. Please write your phone number on your crazyflie people - unfortunately I didn't think of that until afterwards. Setup: Macbook Pro running Windows ...

CrazyFlie RPi Image wont boot on model b+
I've downloaded the 0.3 image and used Win32DiskImager to write to an 8GB SD - then plugged it into a model B+ No boot - HDMI never outputs anything - LEDS on board are totally idle except for the red power light. Should this work? Any image for the B should work for B+ right? (Nothing wrong with th...

Re: xbox 360 to pc
XBox controllers will only work with a USB cable.
I just went out and bought a PS4 DualShock4 connected it via bluetooth to a Windows 8.1 machine and boom. done. Thats what I would suggest. Cables suck.

Windows does not detect Xbox One controller on USB
I realise this may be very borderline OT... but in the hopes someone else has tried this... I connected an Xbox One controller to my Windows 8.1 PC last night and it worked fine - Windows detected it. This morning, I tried again - the white "X" light on the controller flashes slowly for ab...
