Re: The type of the AI deck and the colored camera

The test_camera example that Tobias gave will save a color image if you run the program on RAM with a programmer (make run)

Re: Problem when building code: MAKE CLOAD

Hi! It looks like you are missing submodules in your repo (maybe you forgot the --recursive flag when cloning)? Could you do this while in the base folder of the crazyflie-firmware repo: git submodule init git submodule update Then make should work. btw, you should first do 'make all' and afterwards...

Re: New camera issues

I have replaced the camera before on the AIdeck 1.0 and for me it worked, and also on the previous prototype we had a grayscale camera, so we can say with a good certainty that the grayscale camera should work on the AIdeck 1.0. Maybe the new camera is not connecting properly, could you send a close...

Re: Ai deck camera - upside down image streaming and artifacts

Hi! Actually, we are not really sure what is going on! But it is interesting that the version that came on the gap8 worked better. The only difference I know of is that the original wifi version is based on SDK 3.5 and this one on 3.8 (which have some registries added as a fix), other than that ther...

Re: Saving and processing the video of the AI deck

Hi! This functionality doesn't exist yet but can be made yourselve. This allows you to save an frame in viewer.py in _showframe() pix = img_loader.get_pixbuf() pix.savev('test.jpg', 'jpeg', ["quality"], ["100"]) what I would suggest is to place something in there that iterates the frames (frame1.jpg...

Re: New camera issues

Hi! It is strange that it is able to open the himax camera and then nothing happens. Usually you will need to wait for 2 seconds before the 'writing image'. If the camera wouldn't work, it will get stuck at the opening himax camera read out. So let's get some more information first: - So as I unders...

Re: A problem in using ARM-USB-TINY-H and ARM-JTAG-20-10 and setting up the GAP8 SDK

Hi Sadeem,

The aideck is still in early access, so the documentation is indeed not up to a release standard indeed. If you think there is anything missing that can improve it, you can make an issue or pull request to that repository if you like?

Let us know if you have any more problem!

Re: AI-deck can't release WiFi

Hi! sorry, this was supposed to be answered but it got lost. We don't know how to solve this ourselves. If you are able download the repo on linux locally, I advise not to use docker and setup everything natively on your machine. You can use the steps in the docker file as inspiration how to do this...
