To flash using the radio bootloader the bootloader must have been flashed before (which the Crazyflies are delivered with). When the Crazyflie is flashed with JTAG it will overwrite the bootloader. It could be programmed with AVR I think but a "driver" would have to be written to do it. The nRF24LU1+ chip can be programmed over SPI so with a tool that can do that it is possible but not for any beginner. Also the voltage levels have to be compatible. If I recall correctly the nRF24LU...

I havn't bought the bus pirate yet, Can crazyradio be flashed by other programmer like avr ?
I saw the P2 is a 10PIN interface, but it havn't contain the CSN pin, should i flash it without connecting the CSN pin ?

when i soldered the crazyradio completly without flash the fireware into the nRF24LU+, i plug it to the pc, would it be recognized with the chip type?
