Re: [SOLVED]PS3 Controller seen as Xbox 360 peripheral

You can remap the controller in the "input device->Configure device mapping" menu. The combined axis input does not seem to work well for the xbox 360 controller though. What you can do is too change the sensitivity of the yaw in the Advanced flight control section in the flight control tab to mayb...

[SOLVED] PS3 Controller seen as Xbox 360 peripheral

It was a long time ago I used Win XP and PS3 controller by I recall having problems with the MotionInJoy driver as well so I don't think it is the best to use in XP. I did not have any problems with the other driver though, it worked straight away. My wireless Xbox 360 controller arrived today and ...

Re: Crazyflie won't hover -- hard to fly

I'm running this with a pseudo-PS3 controller in Windows 7 (bootcamp on a MacBook Pro). While running an imitation on an imitation sounds like enough of a problem, your description sounds a lot more like severe packet loss due to excessive radio interference. I do not think the radio chip on the Cr...

Re: I made a keil gcc compatible version of crazyflie_firmwa

I assume that all that is necessary is to get the new scatter file from your github account?

Thank you very much for your work!

Re: PS3 Controller seen as Xbox 360 peripheral

Just finished installing a completely new shrink wrap version of WinXP. MotionInJoy was again an EPIC FAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I notice that their web site has quite a few unanswered problem reports concerning their software failing. Strangely Windows correctly identified my PlayStation 3, but installe...

Re: PS3 Controller seen as Xbox 360 peripheral

I have successfully used another driver on WinXP which isn't as sophisticated though. Have a look here . Thank you very much for your rapid reply, Tobias!! Unfortunately, I have already tried the method that you linked me to and several others as well, and they all fail worse than MotionInJoy. By t...

[SOLVED]PS3 Controller seen as Xbox 360 peripheral

Greetings, I am posting my problem here hoping at least one other user has seen the problem I am seeing. First of all, everything works great with the BitCraze virtual machine on my desktop PC so I think that my genuine PS3 controller is OK. I need this to work on my Windows XP laptop for portabilit...

Re: I made a keil gcc compatible version of crazyflie_firmwa

That's easy. Actually, you can use ARM tools "fromelf" to convert a .axf file to .bin. Now I have updated the script for this convert. Please get the latest project code. But please note: You should modify the fromelf tools path according to your install path. The setting is in "Options for Target ...

Re: Who has it already? :)

I got mine this week too!!! :D It works great using the Windows client in the BitCraze VM on my Win7 64bit desktop machine, but that machine is in a room not much bigger than a closet so I am afraid to let the CrazyFlie actually take off. I have been trying to get the Windows client to work on an ol...

Re: I made a keil gcc compatible version of crazyflie_firmwa

Next step, I will make it support cloader. Maybe just change scatter loader file. That may not be quit enough for the Crazyflie bootloader. The scatter file would produce the right load location, but the Crazyflie bootloader uses a binary image file, and the Keil setup is currently producing a regu...
