That I would say is a mistake from us (Bitcraze). The new lens should probably have had a new SKU but we were told the new lens was a drop in replacement for the old one... Could you please give us more background information, e.g. what exact hardware are you using. Also, WiFi cameras tend to have large lag times and I'm not sure you will be able to do something about that.

You could start trying to setup the environment on windows. There is a guide here, might be a bit outdated, but a good start.

The Flow deck and the SD card is sharing the same SPI buss and that is probably why. Maybe it is possible to optimize the communication a bit to improve that. I've also seen hacking the SD card to use another SPI bus an then it should work better, please see this issue.

Hmmm. Maybe it is worth trying the ST DFU tools, after all when booting to the DFU mode it is the build in DFU bootloader we use.

I think I might have an idea what is going on. When the CF2.1 came out we added an identification string in the nRF51 mbs and to the STM32 OTP. The STM32 OTP is persistant but the nRF51 is just a string in the flash of the MBS so that was erased when you did "make factory_reset". As the radio PA is ...

The 750mAh battery might be on the edge and from what I remembered it barely took off. What you could do is to upgrade to bigger motors and propellers, 7x20 motors. Finding motors with the right connector (molex picoblade) can be a challenge though.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as thrust will output a force. Then force will result in acceleration, or hovering if the upward force equals gravity. So to change height the drone will have to first accelerate -> move -> decelerate -> hover.
