Re: Problems when creating a develop Virtual Machine

Hi, Does it work running the compiler outside the Makefile? Just try by executing the compiler at the command line using this: $ arm-none-eabi-gcc I'm not really sure about the "bitcraze" user and the "me" user. Is everything installed under the "me" user, or is part of it installed using the "bitcr...

Re: have driver, no joy

Hi,

When you scan for the Crazyflie does the Crazyradio LEDs blink? If the driver is installed correctly then the red LED should blink when scanning. Can you see the Crazyradio device in the device manager?

Re: M2 Led fully lit... Seems not working

Hi,

This could be caused by software. Could you try the following and see if it helps?
  • Make sure the Crazyflie is fully charged
  • Remove the battery and plug it in again
  • Try to turn the power on/off using the button a couple of times (if it doesn't start up correctly)

Re: M1 and M3 motors are not working on launching

HI, Could you please check so you haven't attached the propellers too tightly onto the motors? Could you please try the following? Fully charge the Crazyflie 2.0 using USB Unplug the Crazyflie 2.0 and turn it off Place the Crazyflie 2.0 on a stable surface that is level and power it on All four moto...

Re: PC client does not respond.

Hi, Does the motors ramp up? If not then try to update to the latest version of the client (pull it from GitHub). There's a change where we first have to send 0 to unlock the thrust in the Crazyflie, if you don't have this line the example will not work. The message you are getting is an error when ...

Re: packets queued but not sent

First a quick background to the problem. In the current implementation the up-link is considered "safe", but not the down-link. This means that if you send a message (like a commander packet) you will get an ACK back on the radio, this means the message got though. Until you get the ACK back the rad...

Re: Microcontroller usage for flight and stabilization.

I didn't do the measurement, but if I remember correctly we use the functionality in FreeRTOS to measure the time each task uses (including IDLE). This will not take time spent in interrupts into account though.
