Re: Maker Faire Berlin Bitcraze meet-up

It's been a stressful day so we're a bit late on this. But after getting some recommendations at the fair we decided to join in on the Hackaday/VCF meetup here. We'll be hanging around wearing Bitcraze.io t-shirts so you can't miss us.

Re: Maker Faire Berlin Bitcraze meet-up

Great! We will meet up somewhere outside the fair, probably at a bar nearby :) Is it easy to get to Meltdown from Ostbahnhof?

Re: Control with UDP

Glad to hear that it's working. It would be great if you wanted to share your Matlab solution for ZMQ.

Re: Vicon Control of CF 2.0

Hi, Maybe you need to change the sign of one of the axis in your calculations. If you place the Crazyflie infront of you with the blue LED's closest to you and the front facing away (like in in this image ) the changes in axes are as follows: Roll is positive to the right Pitch is positive backwards...

Re: Crazyflie 2 with i2c Camera

Hi,

I think it's worth a try. The link is 2Mbit, in theory. But the bandwidth is lowered by re-sending and overhead. we don't have an exact number but the master thesis that Fred mentioned have test values for it. But you will not get 30 fps.

Hi,

Do you still have this issue? If so then could you flash the attached firmware and past the console output from the Crazyflie?

Re: Python API to set LED status Available???

Yes, you can use the parameters for setting the "headlight" and the LED-ring effect. You can also set custom patterns using the LED-ring memory. Have a look at this example for setting parameters and this for setting the LED-ring memory via ZMQ. The parameters you are interested in are ring.headligh...

Re: Problems when creating a develop Virtual Machine

Hi again, I'm pretty sure the issue is that you are running a 64-bit distribution but the GCC binary you downloaded is 32-bit. Either install the 32-bit libs or switch to a 64-bit build of GCC. $ file arm-none-eabi-gcc arm-none-eabi-gcc: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dyna...
