Re: CF 2.0 not restarting in firmware mode after flashing

I flashed the original clean firmware freshly compiled from the crazyflie2 branch. Same problem: the copter can't restart in firmware mode. So this leads me to the conclusion that my custom firmware isn't the reason. Until now I only coded for my CF 1.0. Recently, I ported the code to 2.0. The try m...

[SOLVED] CF 2.0 not restarting in firmware mode

Good evening, after flashing my CF 2.0 with a custom firmware it doen't restart in firmware mode. Clicking the button 'Restart in firmware mode' only leads to LEDs 2 and 3 shining constantly. Even after manually switching the CF off and on again there's no normal startup cycle. It seems like it does...

Re: Some git questions

It looks like your only problem is that the readme.md files aren't merging properly. Just skip the error to finish the rebase, and manually merge the readme files if you changed it. It should work just fine. This error specifically means that the same line of your file has been changed by two diffe...

Re: Some git questions

Ok, just got another one: How can I take my work on the dedicated sonar-mb1242 branch and place it on top of the crazyflie2 branch? Rebasing sonar-mb1242 onto crazyflie2 doesn't seem to work: bitcraze@bitcraze-vm:~/projects/crazyflie-firmware-alex$ git checkout sonar-mb1242 Switched to branch 'sonar...

Re: Some git questions

Here is my solution since I think others might be in the same situation. How do I push the new local branch to my fork ( origin )? git push origin crazyflie2 How do I tell the local branch crazyflie2 to track the recently pushed origin/crazyflie2 later on and not upstream/crazyflie2 anymore? git bra...

Some git questions

Hey community, I developed some feature for the CF 1.0 firmware and pushed it from my local repo to my firmware fork on GitHub into the feature branch origin/sonar-mb1242 . In the meantime, the CF 2.0 was released and therefore the original Bitraze firmware repo holds the additional branch crazyflie...

Re: [SOLVED] Selecting an ultrasonic sensor and interface

Great news! We are very exited to follow your progress! I which it wasn't so hard to get hold of a mb1242 sensor so I could try it out as well... Now that we know that there's nothing special about the implementation itself, you could have spent the money for something more useful... maybe a book o...

Re: [SOLVED] Selecting an ultrasonic sensor and interface

Besides the programming for reading the sonar sensor I prepared it to fit on the CF 2.0 using the Prototype Expansion Board. This is where the sensor's disadvantageous shape comes up again... Sorry for the bad lighting.

Re: [Hover] Selecting an ultrasonic sensor and interface

Good news: the sensor is working with my CF 1.0 thanks to Tobias' fix for issue #27. The problem was that I didn't update my sonar-mb1242 branch correctly due to my lack of experience with git. Accordingly Tobias' I2C2 interrupt fix never reached my CF. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed to...

Re: [Hover] Selecting an ultrasonic sensor and interface

I've tested with your code an I think there has been some merge problems. The files i2croutines.c, i2croutines.h and nvic.c where not as they should. I have attached a patch so you can update them. Then the I2C2 bus should work again. git apply i2cfix.patch Ok thanks, Tobias. Now I'm sure I messed ...
