Re: Fly more than on crazyflie with my trajectory

Did you try TDoA2 with 8 anchors as this will improve coverage and precision?

Re: State estimation values for controller seem incorrect

Could it be that you are defining the same log group in two files. Can't remember if this creates a compile error or not... I tried quickly to replicate it but could not. I created it a bit different though with a static float q1 which I copy to from the state_t struct. #include "stabilizer.h" #incl...

Re: Python-based controllers and estimators

Basically everything above rate control should work well. It will not work as well as onboard the CF due to the induced delays but I think good enough. I say think as I have not tested it myself but seen others do it. I've even seen someone controlling at the rate level as well but that requires rew...

Re: No Valid Solution for basestations

Looks like another problem as the Crazyflie doesn't boot correctly. If you remove the LH-deck does if boot correctly then? Is the mounting direction correct for the LH-deck? Have you flashed the latest release FW?

Re: Problems with Assisted modes

Unfortunately not but the approach is very similar to other quadcopter PID tuning guides. Did you try with the same values as suggested in the thread? Your build is probably more powerful then the Crazyflie 2.1 values so most likely the values should be lower. Did you also change the Kalman estimato...

Re: matlab .m file in Crazyflie 2.0 flash

I read a paper somewhere were they explained how to transfer simulink to c-code and run it on the Crazyflie. Can't remember where though, darn... This thread talks about it briefly. With some internet searching you might find it. What will not work is to run .m files on the Crazyflie. It needs to be...

Re: Problems with Assisted modes

My suspicion is that the velocity and position controllers are not tuned. Maybe this thread can help a bit.

Re: flow breakboard on pixhawk

I think it can be supported but not sure. I know PX4 has support for the PMW3901 optical flow sensor so with the right wiring and correct PX4 configuration I think it should work.

Re: Is CrazyRadio the right tool for control tuning

Quick answer, yes the Crazyradio is the right tool for that. With it you can use the parameter and logging framework. With this you can quite easily monitor/log variables and change them.

Re: Crazyflie not charging

The new 2020.06 release has a fix for the charging now and it should work much better.

Regarding the bad propellers we will launch a replacement program in a not to far future.
