Re: Replace damaged processor

I've done those type of mistakes many times... With some help you should be able to flash the bootloader. The special thing you will have to do is to flash the OTP with the right ID sting which is used by the FW to identify the board and for this you will need a STlink which I guess you already have...

Re: Update frequencies of sensor signals/states

The sensor readings of Acc and Gyro run at 1000Hz and the PID rate controller is coupled to that. The different estimators might then run attitude and higher level of estimation at lower frequencies.

Re: Lighthouse Position always at zero for CF

The origin of the lighthouse coordinate system depends on how you calibrated it. If you used a tracker to calibrate the system I think the origin ends up at one of the two base stations and then your graph makes sense.

Re: AttitudeController frequency vs RateController frequency

Running the attitude controller at the same frequency as the rate controller will not make it worse, however there might be room to save up some CPU by lowering the attitude update rate.

Re: Optitrack and recreating the ICRA 2019 Control Tower demo

These are a bunch of guesses from my side but at least some pointers. Since you already have 10 flying I guess you divided the Crazyflies into groups of 3-4 to have enough bandwidth to send position information, or maybe you are using Crazyswarm? If not you will have to do this and put the groups on...

Re: BigQuad + Z-ranger/flowdeck

The Z-ranger v2 should work with the BiqQuad deck and you should be able to disable the flow part which can be done in many ways. First I would try to disable the flow part in the driver flowdeck_v1v2.c. Replace the flowdeck2Init with this: static void flowdeck2Init() { if (isInit1 || isInit2) { ret...

Re: Get raw measurement from the flow deck V2

The raw flow measurements you can get from the motion logging variables located here. motion.deltaX and moton.deltaY is the raw flow outputs.

Re: Crazyflie 10DOF 1.0 no motors

Unfortunately I don't have any direct suggestions but in this wiki page you can find all the spec about the battery and connector. From there you should be able to find something similar. Possible you would have to change connector on the CF1 to make it work with today's common batteries.

Re: Crazyflie 10DOF 1.0 no motors

The motors are connected directly to the battery to minimize resistance so a battery is needed for the motors to run.

Re: Changing battery voltage

After checking the datasheet a bit more the operating voltage range is 4.35V to 6.4V, thus it will not regulate the voltage above ~6.4V so It looks like it can not be powered by more then that.
