I solved the problem. The USB chipset drivers on my computers were corrupted. I had to update all my drivers. After that everything worked fine.

More information, the dongle does enumerate on a windows 2000 & a min Mac. But on my XP laptop the LED's never indicates that the dongle enumerated.

I just got my kit and I was going through the check out. When I came the the crazyradio I plunged it in and nothing happened. I download the drives for the radio but when I tried to run the install manual I got a prompt that came and went quickly. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
