I've successfully accessed my crazyflie in bootloader mode and I've downloaded the firmware in it. Now it's working perfectly.

That's the problem. The crazyflie can be put in bootloader but when I connect it to my PC with USB, the PC don't see the crazyflie connected. So I can't upload the firmware.
Yes, it can still be in bootloader mode (the 2 leds works fines) but it still won't be recognized as connected by my PC.
Also, I noticed that the crazyflie can be charged up when plugged on PC, so it's not a USB port problem.
