You are right!! The positive and negative wire are soldered incorrectly.
After swapping them as the attached photo, the problem is solved.

Hi,

After reviewing the schematic of crazyflie 2.0, I find that there are some LED diodes labelled with its color, such as BLUE_LED and RG_LED in the attached pictures.
So, we probably can't change the color of BLUE LED into RED or GREEN:(
